Brandt Miller concentrates his practice on insurance coverage litigation and counseling. Prior to joining Hinkhouse Williams Walsh, Brandt practiced insurance defense and workers’ compensation litigation, defending the interests of employers, insureds and third-party administrators. Brandt is also licensed in the federal Northern District of Illinois, in which he has litigated federal civil rights claims on behalf of insured municipalities and public employees.

Brandt earned his law degree from the University of Illinois: Urbana-Champaign’s College of Law, graduating cum laude. During law school, he prepared for a career in litigation by participating in the University’s chapter of Phi Alpha Delta’s mock trial program, as well as in the University’s Moot Court and Trial Team programs.
