Raphael concentrates his practice on insurance coverage matters.

With 20 years of experience Raphael has extensive experience in Illinois trial and appellate courts as well as federal court. Raphael has successfully first chaired jury verdicts, bench trials, arbitrations, and mediations in Illinois State Courts. Raphael has represented individuals, insurers, insureds, contractors and subcontractors and small to midsize businesses in their personal and commercial pursuits. His last ten years of practice concentrated on commercial litigation, construction law, and insurance coverage matters.

Raphael earned his law degree from New York Law School. While in law school, Raphael participated in the Unemployment Action Center representing individuals who were denied unemployment benefits by the New York State Department of Labor. He also clerked for the Honorable Doris Ling Cohen of the New York Supreme Court.
